A full top-to-bottom clean of the entire property — emptying bins, wiping all surfaces, hoovering, refreshing every room, and ensuring the home is perfectly guest-ready.
We need a team that can handle full linen management, including washing, drying, and preparing bed linen and towels. We will provide 3 sets per bed so one can be used, one is spare, and one is being washed.
Every Field Heritage property is maintained to a high standard, so we’re looking for a cleaning team that takes pride in their work and pays close attention to the small details that elevate the guest experience.
You’ll have access to our portal, “Guesty,” where you’ll receive notifications for all bookings. You’ll be able to see the full calendar, booking dates, and guest names to help you plan ahead and stay organised.
Each month, we cover the cost of essentials. We need a team that can restock items when needed, such as coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, salt, and pepper.
If you notice any damage or problems, reporting it to us quickly is essential. This helps us resolve issues promptly and ensures the property is kept clean, safe, and ready for the next guests.
Ideally, we’re looking for a team of at least three people. This ensures we always have a reliable backup if someone is unwell or unavailable, so the property is cleaned and ready on time, every time.
We aim to build long-term relationships with our cleaning teams. As we take on more properties, your feedback is important to us. If you see anything we can improve, please let us know — and we want to work with a team that welcomes feedback from us as well.
Make sure toilet seats are always left down.
Leave the internal doors open — it feels more inviting when guests arrive.
We add each guest’s name to the welcome board on the kitchen side to make their arrival feel that little bit more special.
We spend around £10–£15 per turnover on a welcome pack for guests, placed in welcome baskets on arrival.
We offer clear, fair, and reliable compensation, recognizing the high-quality work our cleaning teams provide.
We process payments every week, as soon as we receive payouts from the platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Higher rates are available for deep cleans, seasonal changeovers, and end-of-tenancy services.
Earn extra through optional tasks such as hot tub maintenance, property checks, or restocking essentials.
We've designed our schedule to give you ample time while ensuring properties are guest-ready.
Guests depart at 11:00 AM.
New guests arrive at 3:00 PM.
This provides a 4-hour window for comprehensive cleaning and preparation.
For bigger homes, check-out can be extended to 4:00 PM, allowing an extra hour for cleaning.
These are general guidelines; we're happy to adjust timings based on specific property needs.
